Visit Seattle’s Annual Meeting

Each year, members are invited to an inspiring and informative event that attracts hundreds. Our annual meeting unveils the Visit Seattle Annual Report. We review what was accomplished the year prior, hear from our president and a relevant and engaging guest, and kick off the year in style with fellow members.

Visit Seattle’s Data Symposium

Visit Seattle’s Data Symposium provides economic insights and forecasts from local and national industry experts, updates on major destination demand drivers, and perspectives from the Visit Seattle team. This program is designed for hospitality and tourism leaders in Seattle and King County who manage budget decisions for their businesses

Visit Seattle’s Ovation

Visit Seattle’s Ovation provides an industry recap of Seattle’s summer performance alongside the most current travel and tourism data. The program will also highlight developments in the Seattle and King County arts communities, offering insight into how the hospitality and arts industries can collaborate to enhance the region’s vibrant visitor economy. New in 2026, the event will feature an awards program recognizing excellence in the hospitality industry.

Visit Seattle’s Holiday Brunch

Visit Seattle’s Holiday Brunch is filled with amazing food, shopping, photo ops, fun activities, and live entertainment that celebrates the vibrant culture of Seattle. Join us for this great opportunity to catch up with industry colleagues and make new connections as we prepare to move into the new year.

The Visit Seattle Membership team is pleased to introduce the 2025 Visit Seattle Member Networking Series.

This year, we’re partnering with local members to provide quarterly networking opportunities for businesses to connect and collaborate. These events will be a great way to get to know your industry colleagues as well as representatives from the Visit Seattle Team at no cost to you.

Sales Missions

As a Visit Seattle Member, you gain access to attend our various Sales Missions.

Sales Missions provide the opportunity to join the promotional efforts of our Convention Sales and Tourism Development teams on the road, meeting face-to-face with key clients in targeted markets. These are the sales opportunities available for Visit Seattle members in 2026:

IPW 2026 | Fort Lauderdale, FL | May 17-21 | $3000
With an estimate of 5,000 industry professionals in attendance, U.S. Travel Association’s IPW is the travel industry’s premier international marketplace and the largest generator of travel to the United States. In three days of intensive pre-scheduled business appointments, Visit Seattle, will meet with key international travel trade clients from all over the world to build and nurture these key relationships.

Canada Sales Mission | Q3 (dates to be determined) | $2500
Visit Seattle will be leading a sales mission across Canada, Seattle’s top international market. Traveling with Visit Seattle members, the group will be meeting with tour operators and travel agents who promote year-round travel to Seattle. This mission will include calls to British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, and Ontario.
