We offer arts and cultural celebrations year round, including Northwest Folklife Festival, the Capitol Hill Block Party, Earshot Jazz Festival and Freakout. REFRACT provides an all-access pass to the region’s famous glass art scene. And we’re justifiably proud of Seattle International Film Festival, the longest running, largest and most highly attended film festival in the United States.
