Cloudbreak Music Festival Begins Nov. 7 at the Crocodile

Seattle’s live music festival showcases local artists and provides downtown Seattle hotel guests with free access to concerts and additional perks with Cloudbreak-themed hotel packages

SEATTLE – The third annual Cloudbreak Music Festival begins on Thursday, Nov. 7 and continues through Wednesday, Nov. 27, offering Seattle hotel guests the opportunity to enjoy live music shows for free. This year’s festival is the biggest since its 2021 launch with over 200 artists playing shows across 34 venues. Seattle’s iconic venue, The Crocodile, kicks things off tonight with Naked Giants and La Fonda at 7:00 p.m. (doors open at 6:00 p.m.).

“As someone who loves live music, I’m grateful that we live in a place that truly celebrates local artists and venues,” said King County Executive Dow Constantine. “I’m excited for our third annual Cloudbreak festival and encourage everyone to get out and experience the excitement of our ever-evolving local music scene.”

An innovative music festival program created to boost tourism during Seattle’s cozy season, Cloudbreak is attracting interest by offering a special perk. Guests staying at one of 70 participating downtown Seattle hotels between November 7 and 27 will receive a live music pass, providing access to concerts during their stay.

Guests can enjoy free entry to concerts by presenting their live music pass along with their hotel key card. Scan the QR code on the back of your pass to view the festival line-up with ease.

“Cloudbreak was originally created to support Seattle’s musicians and music community in the wake of the pandemic,” said Stephanie Byington, Chief Marketing Officer for Visit Seattle. “The festival’s ongoing success is driven by strong partnerships. We’re excited to continue collaborating with King County Creative, the City of Seattle, and our hotel partners. This is the perfect opportunity for visitors and staycationers to book a room and see some great live music.”

New to the festival program this year, 13 Seattle hotels are offering Cloudbreak themed packages to guests booking a stay between Nov. 7-27. In addition to free concert access, guests can enjoy perks like dining credits, discounted room rates, and more.
