Sabine is a café, bakery, and bar serving breakfast, lunch, and colorful cocktails daily. Since opening our doors in 2020, our mission has been clear: create a community gathering space centered around espresso, fresh and inspiring food, and simply delicious cocktails. Our dedication to supporting local farms, foragers, and producers showcases the bounty of the northwest, while using in-season and organic ingredients gives life to our Mediterranean inspired menu.
