Visit Capitol Hill for Uniquely Curated Gifts and Experiences

Capitol Hill is home to more small businesses than any other neighborhood in Seattle, with a rich variety of creative entrepreneurs who curate beautiful products and experiences.

Now, with the recent beautification efforts by the Pike Pine Renaissance Project, getting to Capitol Hill is easier and safer than it’s ever been thanks to more visible crosswalks, wider sidewalks, more greenery, and protected bike lanes.

Make your way to Capitol Hill this holiday season (and beyond!) to check out these unique shops.

Stitches

Stitches on Pike St, just west of Broadway, sells everything you might need for sewing and knitting in addition to a wide variety of crafting kits for people just getting started. Check out the Felt Snail Sewing Kit, the Rainbow Trifecta Cross Stitch Kit, or the Make A Little Friend Crochet Lamb Kit. Stitches owner Amy has been running this store since 2004 and will be glad to share a smile and some Capitol Hill history when you visit.
