Founded by three siblings, we craft small batch, slow fermented gelato using local milk and live cultures, blending old world technique with Pacific Northwest ingredients. As a proudly Seattle-made brand, we collaborate with farms, restaurants and retail partners to highlight the flavour and hospitality of our region.
