Marketing Request Form (MRF)

Welcome to the New MRF! Please fill out the form below to request marketing materials from our team. Once completed and received, we will review it and contact you with any follow-up questions. Should you have any questions about this form, please email projects@visitseattle.org.


IS YOUR PROJECT A “MICROPROJECT?”

If your project is a “microproject,” now you can save time and energy by using this abbreviated Microproject MRF. A microproject would be something like resizing an image, editing some copy, or pulling an old asset for your use. Microprojects are defined as projects that don’t require design time, but do require some designer time.

HAVE A WEBSITE-ONLY REQUEST?

If your “microproject” just involves any of the Visit Seattle websites, then use the Web Request Form. A web request would be something like updating copy or links on a website, reporting any issues, or submitting requests for a new page, feature, or analytics tracking.

    If this is a rush project, please be sure to alert Mahima separately to ensure we can meet your goals.
