Visit Seattle’s Annual Meeting
Each year, members are invited to an inspiring and informative event that attracts hundreds. Our annual meeting unveils the Visit Seattle Annual Report. We review what was accomplished the year prior, hear from our president and a relevant and engaging guest, and kick off the year in style with fellow members.

Visit Seattle’s Data Symposium
Seattle’s Annual Data Symposium is intended to assist our members in the development of annual budgets, providing a common platform of information relevant to 2024 and beyond. The information presented is specific to our region, focusing on downtown Seattle with a secondary focus on Bellevue and SeaTac, and may include relevant national trends.

Visit Seattle’s Ovation
A new Visit Seattle Signature Event, Ovation will provide an industry recap of Seattle’s summer performance through the presentation of travel and tourism data, and provide a special preview of the events, programs and activations drawing visitors to our destination through the beginning of 2025. The program will also feature an overview of our first 3-year Strategic Plan, highlighting Visit Seattle’s goals and initiatives designed to enhance and support our vibrant tourism economy in Seattle and King County.

Visit Seattle’s Holiday Brunch
This beloved annual event is filled with amazing food, shopping, photo ops, fun activities and entertainment that celebrates the vibrant culture of Seattle. In addition, we will look back over the year and share 2024 highlights as we bring the year to a close. As always, this is a great opportunity to catch up with long-time friends and industry colleagues, and to make new connections as we prepare to move into 2025.

This year, we’re partnering with local members to provide quarterly networking opportunities for businesses to connect and collaborate. These events will be a great way to get to know your industry colleagues as well as representatives from the Visit Seattle Team at no cost to you.

Sales Missions
As a Visit Seattle Member, you gain access to attend our various Sales Missions.
Sales Missions provide the opportunity to join the promotional efforts of our Convention Sales and Tourism Development teams on the road, meeting face-to-face with key clients in targeted markets. These are the sales opportunities available for Visit Seattle members in 2025:
Canada Sales Mission | Q3 2025 | $2500
Visit Seattle will be leading a sales mission across Canada, Seattle’s top international market. Traveling with Visit Seattle members, the group will be meeting with tour operators and travel agents who promote year-round travel to Seattle. This mission will include calls to British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, and Ontario.
IPW 2025 | Chicago, IL | June 14-18 | $3000
With an estimate of 5,000 industry professionals in attendance, U.S. Travel Association’s IPW is the travel industry’s premier international marketplace and the largest generator of travel to the United States. In three days of intensive pre-scheduled business appointments, Visit Seattle, will meet with key international travel trade clients from all over the world to build and nurture these key relationships.

South Korea & Japan Sales Mission | April 15-24| $3000
In partnership with State of Washington Tourism, Visit Seattle will lead a sales mission to Japan and South Korea, engaging two of Seattle’s top overseas inbound markets. Partners will meet with key tour operators, travel agents, media and airline representatives in hosted travel trade seminars, sales calls and VIP networking events. This will provide the unique opportunity to connect with, and build, connections between our destination and top travel providers.
