How long do I have to use the pass once activated?

Passes remain valid until February 28, 2026. Discount offers expire on that date and cannot be used afterward.

How do I check in at locations?

Click on the offer you want to redeem and follow the ‘How to Use’ instructions. In-person offer redemptions will ask you to ‘Select Coupon’, then ‘Confirm Redeem’. Note you must be within a quarter mile of the specified place for the check-in to be recognized.

How often can I use each offering or check-in at each location?

Check the ‘frequency’ field when you click on an offering. This will tell you how many times you can use that item. The Frequency field addresses whether you can only use the offering once or multiple times at particular intervals.

Is the pass an app?

No. You can add a home screen icon to your phone to easily access it, however, the mobile-friendly pass does not take up space on your phone like an app does.
