Tracking Lost Business

Tracking Lost Business

Due to current national political climate

Visit Seattle partners and business community,

Visit Seattle is closely monitoring recent federal foreign and domestic policy decisions, especially as it impacts visitation from our top international leisure markets as well as the meetings and events market.

In order to most effectively advocate for continued visitation, we need to collect examples of lost business due to recent policy decisions. Examples could include media coverage of your business which was canceled or postponed, individual visitors who canceled or postponed their trips, or companies and organizations who canceled, postponed or reduced their business with you. It is important to note that all identities will be redacted from any of our communication with government leaders.

As with our ongoing portals for hotels and restaurants to report examples of lost business due to public safety issues, this form is designed to collect any lost business you have already experienced so far in 2025, and all occurrences moving forward.
