Seattle Museum Month 2026 Enrollment Form

Seattle Museum Month is back this February 1-28, 2026! The information collected here will be used to populate the Seattle Museum Month website, promotional pieces and other collateral as needed.

Seattle and regional museums that will be open for in-person visitation are invited to participate.

Please submit this form by October 31, 2025. Thank you!

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required, including the checkbox indicating the AGREEMENT TO TERMS at the bottom of this form. 

Seattle Museum Month Terms of Participation

Terms are the same for all participating museums, regardless of location.

  • My organization agrees to offer a 50% discount to visitors bearing an official Seattle Museum Month discount card (available from a participating hotel) during Seattle Museum Month, February 1-28, 2026. 50% discount will be offered to all members of the party (up to 4 per card), at all single-ticket price levels (regular, senior, student, etc.) Special ticketed exhibitions may be excluded from the offer. Discounts may not be combined with other offers.
  • Upon submission of required documentation and invoice, no later than April 3, 2026, Visit Seattle will reimburse my organization for 50% of the redeemed discount amount, thereby reducing my organization’s effective discount to 25%.
  • My organization may offer other additional discounts (café, store, special programs, tours) during Seattle Museum Month, but I understand that those activities are not eligible for reimbursement.
  • I understand that, as a participant of Seattle Museum Month, my organization may notify Visit Seattle of special February programs and events at our institution to be considered for promotion as part of the campaign, but I also understand that this is not a requirement of participation.
  • I understand that my organization will be promoted via a multichannel marketing campaign funded and managed by Visit Seattle.
  • In consideration of the STIA sponsorship partners, my organization agrees not to offer similar public discounts during Seattle Museum Month, unless mutually agreed to by Visit Seattle.
