Seattle Hotel Community,

Crime, safety, security, homelessness, drugs, and mental health issues are affecting business downtown. Visit Seattle is taking action by sharing the economic impact of lost business and visitor comments with elected and government officials.

In order to do that, we need your help to capture details on both business lost and guest comments due to these factors.  This form is designed to collect historical data and all occurrences moving forward.

This request for details on lost business excludes citywide conventions or in-house leads sourced by Visit Seattle for your consideration. We have already gathered the necessary details for those instances in collaboration with you and your team.

It’s important to note that in all our planned communications with city and county leadership hotel names and client names will be redacted, regardless of how the information is shared with us.

In addition to the section at the bottom of the form where you can provide digital copies of Guest Comment Cards, you can take a shortcut and send those, along with any other questions that you may have, directly to [email protected].
