Each year, Visit Seattle’s Data Symposium provides economic insights and forecasts from local and national industry experts, updates on major destination demand drivers, and perspectives from the Visit Seattle team. This program is designed for hospitality and tourism leaders in Seattle and King County who manage budget decisions for their businesses.

New in 2025, Visit Seattle re-introduced the Global Tourism Summit following Data Symposium’s morning program. As part of this expanded event format, attendees had the opportunity to dig deeper into trends in international leisure travel, summer travel, the cruise industry, and the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the tourism industry.
