Just mention this deal when you submit an RFP in one of three ways:
Sourcing Requirements:
Leads must originate with Visit Seattle and be approved to qualify by the Visit Seattle Sales Team. Bookings originating outside of the Visit Seattle Sales team are not eligible for this incentive. Group must provide intake form and W-9 to be eligible for promotion
Rebate & Eligibility:
The $5.00 per room rebate will be calculated upon program actualization and is applicable for all self-contained business meeting in the years of 2025 and 2026 in the months of January, February, March, November, and December. Group must provide Visit Seattle a pickup report within 45 days of program end date and Visit Seattle will provide payment within 60 days after receiving pickup report and verifying with hotel
All groups between 25-500 rooms on peak are eligible with the rebate applicable to a maximum of 1,500 total rooms ($7,500 maximum rebate). Larger business is eligible, but will only receive the $5.00 rebate for the first 1,500 rooms.
Each unique organization may only utilize incentive for a maximum of 5 unique group bookings per meeting year 2025 and 2026.
Program Modification
Visit Seattle reserves the right to discontinue or modify this program at any point. Eligibility is not guaranteed and will be determined at the sole discretion of Visit Seattle. All bookings confirmed by Visit Seattle will be honored even if program is discontinued.
Complimentary Rooms:
Complimentary room nights (1 per 30 room nights booked) are subject to hotel availability and must be confirmed at time of contracting the hotel.
Complimentary Meeting Room Rental with Food & Beverage Minimum
Meeting Room rental will be provided complimentary with a contracted food & beverage minimum, if any and must be confirmed at time of contracting the hotel
AV Discounts
AV Discounts apply to equipment only, and are only applicable to hotels who utilize AV services. Discount must be confirmed at the time of contracting the hotel.
