The Boxyard is SODO’s premier event destination across the street from T-Mobile Park and steps from Lumen Field. The complex is home to Hatback Bar & Grille, Steelheads Alley microbrewery and taproom, and Victory Hall, a banquet and event hall that transforms into an indoor/outdoor beer garden on Mariners, Seahawks and Sounders game days.

Victory Hall, a 9,500 sq ft historically renovated venue, is available for private events, and for smaller events between 15 and 250 guests, we have several other well-appointed, exciting event venues available.
