The 2022 Summer Festival will take place July 5-31 in person at Benaroya Hall, and streaming via the SCMS Virtual Concert Hall. 48 world-class musicians perform 13 concerts featuring chamber music’s greatest masterpieces, all handpicked by the inimitable James Ehnes: it’s the Seattle Chamber Music Society and the unrivaled Summer Festival, thriving in its 42nd year with more musicians and more concerts than ever before. The July 8 concert will be a special performance featuring 8 of the greatest concertizing violin soloists from around the world playing two versions of the iconic Four Seasons, by composers Vivaldi and Piazzolla.
