MANDATORY PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To opt-in as an Official Hotel Partner of Refract, we require that hotels participate in the following ways. Please check the box below to acknowledge that these mandatory requirements will be met.
PARTNER HOTEL COMMITMENTS*
1. Creation and Promotion of at least one Refract Hotel Package. (This can be an existing package that gets repurposed for Refract dates.)
2. Inclusion and promotion of Refract on your website, enewsletter, and other owned channels. We will provide you with a toolkit of assets to promote.
3. A minimum of six (6) social posts promoting Refract between now and October, ideally posting a minimum of once per month. We will provide you with assets and sample post copy.

ENHANCED PARTICIPATION
In addition to the mandatory participation items listed above, we hope that you will find supplementary ways to engage in the program and connect your hotel to Refract.

Here are a few examples:
- • Create a glass-inspired cocktail, dessert, etc. If you do this, we would love high res photography, descriptions, and the available dates so that we can promote.
- • Display Refract signage in your lobby (pull-up banner, rack cards, etc.)
