Seattle & King County 2022 Hotel Symposium

June 29, 2022

This year’s program highlighted a variety of industry insights, economic forecasts, and demand drivers that will fuel our region’s continued recovery. From the opening of Summit in January to our region’s hosting of the MLB All-Star Game in July to another strong Alaska cruise season expected, there is much to be excited about in 2023. The future is not without hurdles, though, including inflation and a possible recession. Yet, pent-up demand and positive travel sentiment suggest 2023 to be another positive step in our region’s long-term recovery.

It was wonderful to see so many industry colleagues at this year’s event, and we hope the content detailed below will be helpful as you reforecast the remainder of the year and begin budget preparations for 2023.
